These persons listed below are blacklisted.These persons can't get any arts, characters or commissions made by myself. When trading my designs be careful. Or else I'll take the proper actions to revoke the rights on the character and design.- Zepherys (Personal reasons)

General

- I have the right to refuse and/or cancel a commission for any reasons. With refund if paid. And with explications if I feel of explaining why.- I don't work with any deadlines (might change later)- First come first serve, don't work.- First contact me via social media or email. The last option is discord.

Ownership

All of my artwork such as drawings, commissions and designs are parts of intellectual property. Meaning that as I long I created them I'm their direct owner.Following this agreement:- I retain the rights to the artwork, character and design and may use it to post on any sites that host my pictures or professionnal use such as portfolios, promotional materials...- You may print the works for personal use.- You may use the work for icons, banners etc, at least credit me please.- You may not use the artwork for profit such as merchandise, book/cd covers...
However if discussed beforehand with the artist a price can be negociate. Only with characters belonging to you.- You may not resell my designs and characters.- You may not remove my watermark.- You may not claim that any of my artworks was made by you.- You may make minor edits on my characters, designs or commission bought to you. Such as: cropping, adding text...- If the design is made with someone else's base, you must credit the original artist. I will always provide their username to ensure this rule is followed accordingly.- Using my artwork to train AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.Concerning characters and designs in the part of intellectual property and ownership:- You may not heavily alter my designs without my confirmation.- Color drop/copy/ripoff my designs
- Heavily reference
designs/patterns/color- Have the character engage in unnacceptable behaviour (pedohilic relationships/zoophilic acts etc).

Payment and refund

- I only take EUR via Paypal ( use the close friend service of paypal)- I start working on the sketch, I'll send you the sketch and when the sketch is confirmed. You'll have three days to suggest any changes minor or major. Then after these 3 days I'll take the right to move on.- The last payment must be send at the end of the commission.- You have the right to pay all at the sketch stage.- You can request a refund if you do not receive any new within two months.- Any extra characters add extra price, please refer to the price list.- I will surely work on personal pieces inbetween the commissions.- You'll receive the unwatermaked commission or design when the payment is fully done.- If you no longer want to keep my character or design, you must send it back to me.
Either if there is new artwork, I might offer to buy it back.
Either if there isn't any new artwork, I will refund you up to the original price.- Full refund are available once the commission hasn't started or if I cancel it myself. When refunding you may not keep the sketch and using it freely as your own. Or I'll take the necessary actions.-
